1 Key Definitions

The following terms used in these conditions have specific meanings that apply consistently throughout the document:

• "Platform" — The p7p7 website (p7p7.lat) and all services and tools connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using it.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal gaming account.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds held in a user's account, displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided for promotional purposes, subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The requirement to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) — Bangladesh Standard Time.

2 Registration Eligibility

To create an account and use services on p7p7, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a country where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must register using your own accurate and truthful information.
• The same person may not create more than one account.
• You must be of sound mind and participating in this service of your own free will.
• Use of the service is prohibited for p7p7 employees or their close relatives.

3.1 Account Security

• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

p7p7 may request identity verification before processing financial transactions or before withdrawals above a certain amount. Required documents may include:

• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if fraud or a policy violation is suspected.
• At the time of withdrawal, it will be verified whether the wagering requirements related to any bonus have been met.

p7p7 reserves the right to reject any withdrawal if third-party involvement in a transaction is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 (ten thousand taka). The following conditions apply to the use of this bonus:

• The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳100 to activate the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be met.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Winnings from bets placed using the bonus are added to the bonus balance.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A user may not claim the same offer more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
• Promotional offers may be changed or discontinued at any time.
• If p7p7 suspects misuse of a bonus, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6.1 Fair Play

p7p7 ensures that outcomes in all games are determined impartially. All games operated on our platform are developed by licensed software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• There is no manipulation of game results.
• A bet cannot be changed after it has been placed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, p7p7's decision will be considered final.
• Claims arising from misinterpretation of game rules will not be accepted.

6.2 Betting Limits

7 Strictly Prohibited Actions

• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system.

• Attempting to defraud other users.

• Playing on behalf of minors (persons under 21 years of age).
• Coordinated betting or collusion (conspiring with other players).

• Direction from a law enforcement agency.
• An account remaining inactive for an extended period.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure by User

A user may request to close their account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and bonus conditions must be fulfilled before the request is made. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

12.1 Amendment of Terms and Conditions
